How to use the Smokette.
These are so easy! It is as simple as putting small amount of wood in to the fire box and lining the bottom with tin foil. I also put a covering on top of the fire box and that makes clean up a snap.
Put in what you want to have smoked.
Set the temperature.
Close the door.
It is just that easy.
