All of the external vacuum packers on the market have the same challenge. A bag that is in the open air, as you draw the air out of the bag. This creates pressure on the outside of the bag forcing the liquid, blood, fish slime, or gravy from your leftovers into the machine. With the VP-215 VacMaster Vacuum Packer all that mess stays in the bag!

The VacMaster VP-215 vacuum sealer uses a different type of bag a "FLAT POUCH" at a greatly reduced cost. The expensive textures in the bag are no longer necessary. Your bag is now inside of a vacuum chamber, so no pressure is pushing on the outside of the bag. The VP-215 exposes your product to a vacuum inside the chamber. Removing the air in your fish or meat and eliminating the mess, by eliminating the atmospheric pressure off the bag. The external models of Vacuum Packers and sealers use atmospheric pressure to remove the air from the bag. But with a chamber style vacuum sealer such as the VacMaster line the air or atomospheric pressure is removed from the chamber thus eliminating the viscus or wet material being pushed out of the bag.
