0ur MVS-45II by Minipack America Torre offers two seal bars rather than just one with the MVS-45 standard. The 17.75" long heat seal bars are located along the left and the right side of the chamber. As with the MVS-45 the MVS-45II is manufactured from the finest stainless steel. The MVS-45II Kryovac also features 9 programable settings, adjustable soft air, and an electronic vacuum pressure sensor rather than the vacuum timer found on other industrial vacuum packers.
The vacuum pressure sensor is the most advanced and accurate way to measure air extraction. If a product is 2lbs in one bag and 2.5 lbs in another, the operator is insured the exact same amount air will be removed from both bags, without adjustments. No longer will you have inconsistencies in vacuum quality due to larger quantity in the bag. Just set the program for the amount of air extraction required and all bags will be extracted to the desired amount. The most consistant and reliable form of air extraction.
As with the MVS-45 the MVS-45II can be ordered with multiple seal bar configurations.
Standard: One 4mm wide seal plus a hot cut-off wire. (Cut off wires are used for retail applications for a cleaner finished look)
Option 1) Two 4mm wide parrallel seals no cut off wire.
Option 2) One 6mm wide seal plus a hot cut off wire.
