This is one reason why over 2 million people have chosen the VacUpack for their home Vacuum Packaging!
Part 1 of the Video.
Not all bags are created equal.
The video will show you the consumer how to test the bag quality you are buying. Why buying the cheapest bag you can find is not always less expensive.
Part 2 of the Video
Sealing a Wet Bag!
The VacUpack features a commercial steel heat bar. This allows the user to easily seal a vacuum sealing bag or roll that is wet with juice, water, blood, fish-slim or other wet materials.
Operate the heat bar as usual then don't let go of the operating arm. Within 1-2 seconds the pump may or may not sound, however the heat bar light will come back on and reseal the bag again. This will give you a second melt on the same sealing line and finish any open spots that might not have sealed caused by wet materials. If the vacuum bag is really wet you may need to hold the operating arm down in the sealing position for several rotations of the heating element. The number of times you allow the heat bar to come on and off all depends on how cold and wet the bag is.
If you hold to long you will burn through the bag so moderation and a little experience is required. If you see the heat seal line turning white the plastic is bubbling and you are holding to long or your heat bar is turned up to high. The optimum seal is a clear line with no wrinkles, open spots, and no solid material in the seal line.
The VacUpack is the only home use vacuum packaging machine on the market, allowing you the operator to apply a seal multiple times in the same place. No more opening and resealing over and over. The VacUpack gets it done in one operation 100% of the time. If you have questions or problems please call. There is very little we do not know about vacuum sealing and the equipment after 25 years.
