Some parts on commercial units are very easy to do yourself. However we ask you call so we can be sure to send you the correct part the first time. Avoid long down time, speak to a qualified tech before you order, save our time and your money!
Before choosing to service your vacuum sealer be sure you have a very good understanding of what needs to be repaired. To many times we see individuals who believe they can replace or repair an item, when in the end the unit ends up in our shop torn apart with parts sent in baggies!
The repair prices are very low $39.95 for 30 minutes of labor, plus parts. If a vacuum sealer suffers the fate of good intentions, but unable to complete a repair, the labor cost doubles to reassemble a torn apart unit!
Call first and order the correct part the first time. Our techs will gladly talk with you and help you order the correct part. With our techs presale help you will then be better equiped to install your parts. After sale tech help is not part of the sale of parts and does not come free of charge. Our techs have many years of training and have a complete understanding of vacuum packers servicing and repair, they are the best in the country.
So If you think you want to "DO IT YOURSELF" Great we can sell you parts, but if you get stuck OOOPS it may not be a free fix!!
Most parts do not come with instructions, repairing your own vacuum sealer may save you some money, if you truely know and understand the units. It may also cost you double if you take it apart and don't understand why it is still not working???
