The MiniPackTM MVS 26 vacuum packing system is a new model since Jan 2010 in the MiniPack line up of top quality vacuum sealers. The MVS-26 is a small chamber style machine. A commercial vacuum packer small enough to fit into a home kitchen, or small deli, catering services. It is proving to be an easily portable table top for the on the go chef or food wagon such as those seen at fairs or expos.
The MiniPack MVS-26 debutes the new design and look of the MiniPack line up still to come in 2010. An new sleek smooth rounded front with sealed circut board. It features gaskets on the lid for easy open a longer, narrower and shallower chamber than the MVS-31 lending it's self well to the 10x15 size or smaller bag.
The pump in the MVS-26 is a bit smaller than the MVS-31 however the soft air return is a very desirable trait for those packaging softer products such as cookies, muffins or sharper products such as rice or dry pasta. With a soft air return the bag lays softly around the product as the air is allowed back into the chamber, thus not distorting the look of the product. Great for those who need to keep the artistry in their finish package.
